Hair Bar NYC requires a credit or debit card on file to hold an appointment. We do not accept American Express. Please text, email, or call your location to cancel or reschedule.
Hair Bar NYC understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a charge of 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. No show appointments will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. No exceptions. This amount will be charged to the card on file.
Please note that if you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. If we do not hear from you in 15 or more minutes after your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No Show” and you will be charged the previously stated No Show Fee. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
